Boomerjack's Grill - Fort Worth

I give this restaurant two stars, primarily for the secure and tamper-proof packaging. However, the prices are quite high, especially the teriyaki chicken, which costs nearly $20 and looks like a child's portion. The boneless wings were small, almost like cheese curds, and the bone-in wings were way below the standard size—definitely more like mini party wings. I spent almost $100, and it wasn’t worth it at all. The sweet was dry, and the potatoes lacked flavor. The cheddar cheese was stiff and burnt, wrapped in a cheese leaf that made it difficult to eat. I wouldn't recommend ordering for delivery or takeout, as they seem to give the worst portions, likely because they don't bother to check for quality. Lesson learned.

He went back to the bar to address the issue, but the rude bartender dismissed him, blaming the waitress and claiming she must have placed the wrong order. She didn't offer to replace the drink or provide an alternative. When our waitress returned to our table, my fiancée explained what had happened and how the bartender threw her under the bus. She sincerely apologized, even though it wasn't her fault, and we reiterated that she wasn’t the problem. My fiancée then asked to speak with a manager, and Ann promptly went to fetch one. However, when Todd, the manager, came to speak with us, he seemed completely indifferent. He didn't apologize for our poor experience or attempt to make things right—he just brushed us off and left before we could finish speaking to him. It was incredibly rude. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant. It was a waste of time and money. The staff (with the exception of Ann) showed a clear lack of concern for customer service and satisfaction. As two people working in the service industry ourselves, we know that much more could—and should—have been done. I would give this place a 0/10 and would not recommend it.

I visited this restaurant with a group and we were seated promptly. A friend had recommended it to me, and I was not disappointed. The waitress suggested I try the turkey ringing club sandwich, and I opted to switch my side to grilled vegetables. The sandwich was fantastic! It comes on a soft bun with Swiss cheese, speck, and honey. What's not to love? I would definitely order it again, but I look forward to visiting again to try other dishes. My friends also enjoyed their meals, and we all left feeling full and happy. The location is beautiful, and I really appreciated the large windows that connect the bar to the outdoor seating. The servers were friendly and helpful, and they stay open late for a great late-night experience.

Beautiful place, beautiful interieur. the prices are decent, the portions are good. everything we ordered was delicious, nice to get a short bite. the wings and the fries loved.

The Kitchen sent out an order of chicken tenders with the tenders stacked on top of fries so you really can't see them until you move the tenders. When I moved the tasty tenders out of the way, my fries were very dark and unappealing. Ann our waitress got me a replacement fast. The only thing was why did the kitchen think that was a good order of fries?? Come on Guys!
