Cold, bland and undercooked, very evil. Employees rude, I moved up to lock up and watched how the workers looked at me for more than 5 minutes until I went out and went through the drive thru. Idk, as this place is still open, do I see why they are never empty?? please never eat here
I usually don't have a problem, but I guess it's changed hands. As a rule, there are smaller problems that I never end. Food service is a hard, underpaid job. Apart from that, it sucks that your heart put on an amazing Boston market, just to be disappointed that the doors were locked up an hour prematurely. When time goes on, I feel less welcome there. I hope you take care of your employees, because if they appreciated, they would show how they treat the customer. I hope this place will return to its former glory.

The website is offering online ordering for pick up on Thanksgiving day for a “stress free thanksgiving” but when I call the store I was told they will be shutting their online system down for Wednesday and Thursday it would be only walk in, which makes no sense if it’s suppose to be catering orders and usually places would rather you submit a big order online than to walk in with a order to feed about 10 people, I went back online to make sure I seen the website right and then called again because I was thinking it was messed up that people could be submitting orders online and wouldn’t be available and spoke with manager Melinda and when I brought up about people submitting orders not only referring to mine she responded with “I don’t know what to tell you I’m shutting it down those days, we won’t be able to see your order can’t do anything about it” if someone knows the general manager could you please forward this message along already submitted to corporate as well
