You want me to go to your website and fill out another form to relay the exact issues I mentioned in this review, just so you can reach out to me with an offer for a free burger? No, thank you. This one-star visit was my fourth consecutive time taking my children here, and each time there has been an issue with the order. Everything I ordered was completely messed up—wrong food delivered, incorrectly prepared meals, missing items, and cold fries along with a cold burger. How does that even happen? The brown salad was simply the last straw. You don't seem to understand. We kept coming back, hoping that the last time was just a fluke and that it would be better next time, but no such luck. This isn’t a coincidence. If you truly care about your food, invest in better training. A passionate kitchen wouldn’t let brown salads leave the kitchen. Please enhance the training for both management and staff.
I first tried BurgerFi in Ft. Lauderdale and absolutely loved it, so I was really hoping Dallas would get a location. Now that we finally have one, I found it a bit disappointing for some unexpected reasons. The Afterlife Burger is excellent, just like their classic burgers. The stamp on the burgers looks even better in person!

So disappointing. BurgerFi is our favorite spot in Florida, so we were excited to see it in Texas. When we arrived, the place was empty, which should have been a warning sign. The cashier, Ashley, seemed unhappy to be there. We asked about the size of the large fry, and she said it was the size of a pan, so we decided to order a large to share among three of us. When the food arrived, we got a small fry instead. I went back to let her know the size was incorrect, and she insisted that it was the large. I explained that it didn't match her description, and she huffed and said she would get us another fry, then walked away and started shouting at the kitchen staff over a different order. The manager eventually came out to address the situation. I told him I was willing to pay for another order, but he was kind and said he would provide an additional order on the house and asked us to sit down. Unfortunately, none of our burgers were hot; the cheese wasn’t even melted, and I didn’t want to complain again. My daughter ordered the Oreo concrete, which turned out to be just a scoop of ice cream with four wafers tossed on top. Overall, this was the biggest waste of $50 I’ve ever spent.
Unfortunately the food here was not up to the price. Burgers were greasy which soaked part way through the bun and the cheese was bland (pictures reflect takeout). Surprisingly, the vegan burgers tasted better than the meat and cheese burgers. The family fries were the saving grace to the overall order and the dine in experience is very clean.
