Charley's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, starting with the cashier who was quite rude and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt—perhaps she was just having a rough day. However, when I attempted to place my order, she spoke so softly that I couldn't hear her at all. Frustrated, I ended up walking away, so I can't comment on the food. Maybe I'll consider coming back another time, hoping she's not there.

I really enjoyed the cheeseburger patties, and my friend had the onion rings, which were outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

After years of passing by this place I finally decided to try it, service was great but the food was just average. Burger was lacking something.

I've been going to Charley's since it opened but will not go back. I can't even rate the food because the service was so bad I couldn't even get my order taken. They weren't busy and weren't about to close so there was absolutely no excuse. My intent was to place a single order to go but the staff behind the counter were like deer in headlights as they both seemed alarmed at the prospect of having to take my order. After an extensive wait there appeared a complete lack of interest in taking my order. I politely told them not to worry about it as I turned to leave, never once being asked to stay or offered an apology. There's a handful of comparable burger places within a stones throw so that was my last trip to Charley's.
