I have never had a good experience here, with the food often being cold, the nuggets overcooked or barely chicken, and missing parts of orders. The service is also rough. Save yourself the stress, energy, and money by going somewhere else.
You didn't put the lid right on a bottle of chicken soup. The second we let go, spilled and sucked everything in my pocket and my car and burned my hands when I frant tried to stop it from destroying and purifying everything. Just terrible. Will never go to this place again. Food: 1/5
I went through the drive-thru to order 2 tortilla soups, but received 2 chicken noodle soups instead. I went back to exchange my order and also purchased a large sweet tea. However, when I got home I realized they had given me half lemonade and half sweet tea. Despite the mix-up, I must say that I still enjoyed it.
We ordered breakfast online at 10:02.. came not there until 10:20, waited in the line and did not enter the window until 10:34. They said, “We are from breakfast...” and did not serve us. had to deny the transaction on my credit card to receive a refund as we paid online. We've never had problems, but honestly, the girls in the window were extremely rude and in the future really turned away from the Fast Food Restaurant.
Johnny is the man, the myth, the legend of this restaurant. He is the most efficient, energetic, and friendly employee I have ever encountered. When I placed my order at the register, his professional and polite communication skills were a standout. It's no wonder this place is always busy - Johnny is the driving force. In terms of kid-friendliness, he couldn't be nicer.
