Chicken Express - Fort Worth

When it comes to fast food, experience a variety of quality, service and atmosphere. So if I evaluate this, a 4 star at a fast food joint is not the same as a 4 star at a sitting white table cloth place. The standards are higher at seats, so that a 4 is always higher than a 4 in fast food / drive thru. This place has never failed in consistency, the 5 years I have passed through. The chicken was never dry, the oil never old, the sides are always in stock and the tea is not stable. It is not the chicken of grandma, but it is good, consistent and reliable. Who could demand more than they expect from a fast food joint? Well, that is said for what they are paid, they will not be kindness or create the atmosphere that a place with live music, but they were not rude and did not cause any inconvenience. I think another chicken chain has the corner on manners, but because it's forced to say if it's real. All in all, I'm not sure you have a fast food place that can score perfectly in these areas. What is why they get 5 in total, but Itemized, it's there as four. Good people. Good food. Good representation of the chain. Drive past and you get exactly what you would hope in a reasonable experience!

Loves the chicken and Gravy. The macaroni and cheese were not my favorite. Of course I love her sweet tea.

I was there the other day to make an interview, and I lost my wallet. And a lady told me she turned it into a Chicken Express employee. So I called them and they said there's nothing there, so either someone is there working at the wallet at home, but that means they don't have it when someone has turned it on.

It was a really good Lol. I wasn't here in maybe a couple to a few years and it wasn't bad, but there was Nooo.... Pop.... just regular Lol. They roll up, but they flat, like ions know what.

They don't listen well or take orders correctly after repeating my order back to me they still didn't get the order correct. They're only job is to get the chicken pieces correctly how hard is that to do Register #3 3:01 pm Dt #3115. Do you not like the job that pays your bill then change jobs. How would you like to leave with the wrong order after you have paid for it.
