Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Worth

People here are very friendly and they go to make the extra mile is happy. Clean prep, Clean surfaces, I feel very safe food here, the food tastes great

Saturday was a super long day for me and I knew I wanted Chipotle to feel better. The next location for me usually has bad customer service, but it was almost 10. I was worried if I went to the next place, it would be too late. But... I wasn't for dealing with bad service, so I took the gamble and made it the next position to save about 4 minutes. I can only tell you that it was great food and incredibly good service. Although it was the end of a very long day for them, they were pleased to take my order, to conduct discussions and even thank me for it. I promised to leave a Google review, but I went absolutely home, ate and went to bed. But I remember today and wanted to make sure I made the promise good. From now on I will make sure that I drive a little further to get the best chipotle.

This place is a disaster. When you order a bowl, you might need to use meat spoons that they provide, and you'll end up with a $21 bill at checkout. They also don’t offer any introduction for first-time visitors.

I'm completely done with this place. It's a real disappointment. The food and service have both gotten worse. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here; perhaps consider trying another location. However, I know I won't be visiting any of them for a long time. Food rating: 1/5.

It smells like sewage inside. The white rice in my bowl is undercooked to the point where it isn’t edible. It’s very disappointing. I’ll avoid this location in the future.
