They were definitely not. The order lasted over 1 hour (we even passed menus, so everything would be ready to order quickly) and other guests try to cut before our children. I'm really sorry for our cash. Corner Bakery did not appear prepared.
I had one of the best sandwiches I tasted in this store. The pastries are also really delicious. Coffee is a pleasure. Food: 5/5
Customer service was terrible from the moment we went to order. I put my order and asked what they had for well drinks before I made my drink selection. One could say that she didn't even want to wait for us, two, the only answer was Coke products. I said this is a wide selection of drinks, so what is there. She replied, Coke products. I got a drink at Sprite because I wouldn't drink anything else, and I just drank what was flat by the way. My sandwich came out and the cheese was missing and the salad was devastated. My friend ordered the Rosa Pasta dish that spinach had none. I decided to get the same pasta court, and they said they would refund the whole ticket and call the order again. I never asked and they went to the table and packed my sandwich. They never gave a slip to show the refund, only three times in sales. I talked to the manager to get a paper copy of the refund. I told her about the events, and she said I made the sandwich myself. So she can't get the food right. My pasta dish came in with a lot of spinach. When I told her everything that went wrong, she apologizes and talks about me. In no case did she try to do things right with us and told me I had to go. I told her I was all too happy to go and never be back. But my friends were allowed to stay.
The service at this restaurant is exceptional. Both the cashier and server are very friendly. I recommend trying the scrambled eggs, 3 strips of bacon, multi-grain toast, and your choice of fruit, oat flour, or yogurt for a delicious breakfast option.
I love the food here and most of the staff are very friendly and professional so it 's such a shame to see how much business they lose because of lack of salesmanship and communication. It should be common practice to train counter-front staff to be communicative with customers who walk in and those who are in line. I never see more than 1 person managing the register/front counter and since they also have to make coffee orders and pack food the lineup gets long and everyone 's just standing around not knowing when or if they 'll even get served. I 've seen so much business just walk out the door. Simply training the staff to shout out a good morning every time someone walks through the door and to let people in line know that they are seen can go such a long way. Hey everyone, I just need to make a couple lattes, but as soon as this one 's done I 'll be happy to serve the next person in line. We 've got delicious new seasonal muffins in our case today so please ask me about our flavors! . That alone would keep more people in line than seeing them all walk out due to the dead silence. Also, it 's really disappointing that nearly all seasonal items are always unavailable/sold out! I noticed that they had a variety of peach lemonade/drinks and a hazelnut cold brew on the seasonal menu but every single one had a sold out sticker over it. So sad!The app also needs a lot of work. For example: while I was staying at the Mariott my hubby and I wanted to order ahead in the morning but under the beverage button the only option available were the 3 signature lattes. Not any of the other main coffee options. The user experience is not necessarily smooth or interesting.
