Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The cashier had a very bad attitude for no apparent reason and seemed like she did not want to be there. The fries were undercooked and the order was given in a ripped bag with the fries tossed inside. One of the burgers was missing cheese and had to be returned for correction. However, the cook was kind and sincerely apologized for the mistake with the burger, which was appreciated. Overall, there were no issues with the cook's service.
I was not impressed at all! The chocolate sundae I ordered was only one small scoop and definitely not worth the $3.25 I paid for it.
The kids and I stopped by because it’s been a while since I had DQ and my children never had it DQ before. Well the staff was very helpful and nice. The Manager Miguel went out his way to ensure my kids enjoyed their 1st visit. I don’t stay and the area but I will for sure be back.
Understanding what "plain ice cream in a dish" means should not require too much brain power. Initially, I was given an upside-down ice cream cone in a cup. When I requested it to be served in a sundae dish, they brought me an ice cream cone in a dish instead. My sundae was lacking in both ice cream and chocolate. The service was terrible, and it seems like the management is also lacking in training their employees properly.
I went there to get us dinner cause we love DQ and never had any issues before. Today I spent almost 40.00 on 3 tacos, 2 chicken strip meals, and a steak finger basket for my mom. I got it home and the 3 meals that had gravy with them, the gravy was runny as faucet water!! The tacos were super cold! Very very disappointed in this place and how they sent us home with this mess! The customers are their source of income and they should take better care of us than that! I will not eat DQ again, sadly!
