Down Home Southern Kitchen - Fort Worth

It seems like this restaurant is only open sporadically. They are hardly ever there, even during their scheduled business hours. Additionally, they advertised that they were open for delivery through DoorDash, but when I tried to order, they were closed. It's unclear how they stay in business.

I visited this place twice. for the first time I didn't eat here because of the lack of customer service. I went in, was not greeted or acknowledged, so I went back directly. for the second time, I went to a mon, just to find out that they were closed on Mondays. So I went the next day. after the hours on google, this device opens at 2p on dos, so I came a little after 2p. they were not open. the hours that are listed on the door of this company said that they were open at 11a on doing. they were closed again. I finally looked up and saw that it was a piece of paper on the door with different hours of operation. I went to dredging. in a clam, googles hours listed at the door, and the hours listed on the piece paper are all different. get it together.

I really enjoy dining at this restaurant. I felt very welcomed and the prices are reasonable. They have a great variety of food to choose from. I highly recommend this place.

I have been driving by this restaurant for weeks and finally decided to stop in. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was really nice, and the social distancing measures were top-notch. I would recommend this place in any case.

Horrible customer service and half cooked food and lack of what's on the menu food a disgrace to soul food black owned establishments smh
