The pork ribs are enjoyable. However, the brisket is quite dry and lacks flavor. The Texas toast is outstanding. The potato salad is tasty, though creamier than what you typically find. Unfortunately, the coleslaw is bland. The water dispenser has a slow drip, making it take about five minutes to fill a glass. Speaking with management seems pointless; they can't seem to address what appears to be their standard.

The brisket is incredibly tender and smoked to perfection. However, the staff, despite their roles in serving, did not make us feel welcome.

The interior is gorgeous, showcasing a warm, family-friendly Texas vibe. I visited today and tried the volcano Frito pie, which was absolutely delicious. The brisket is outstanding—definitely the best I've had. I almost overindulged because it was so good! Sorry, I already devoured half of it before snapping a photo.
