Ihop - Fort Worth

If you like waiting 30 minutes to get seated even though it’s not busy and all the workers are standing on their phone come here. Workers have very poor hygiene and let me tell you the restaurant reeks I don’t understand how this restaurant is still in service do not come here. Yea

The service here is terrible! They got my order wrong and brought my daughter a hot milkshake. So, when I tried to return it. They still wanted to charge me for it. I asked to speak with the manager Rebecca and she was completely unprofessional. Giving me sass and snared remarks when trying to tell her about my experience. Our waitress and the manager had terrible attitudes and shouldn’t be in the service industry. I used to wait tables for 3 years and never acted the way they did today. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone! Save yourself the trip and find a better location.

My server, Bryan P, provided me and my family with hands down the best and most polite service I have ever received in a restaurant and he alone was enough to warrant the 5 star review.On top of this, the food was served excellently. Nothing short of a superb experience.
