Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

From what I understand, doors should remain unlocked during business hours (lobby closes at 10 am). Unfortunately, this location locks their doors in their spare time. I came at 6:30 to find the doors in the lobby was locked. There were a few waiting in the lobby for their order so it's safe that I was deliberately ignored. Finally, the employees deliberately ignored the phone calls, so I would not have surprised them to ignore me. The number to the memory is actually posted on the door together with DM contact number. When the DM verified premature closures have to be approved and that they had not approved it, the shop reper went back to the restaurant to take my order.... that they did not want to take and not.. She was young and extremely rude. Therefore, it is imperative that they have some types of diversity training. If you promote unacceptable behavior and/or it is not checked, it is not identified as a problem. Therefore, the behavior continues the person through adulthood. I will never go back to this place, nor will I recommend this place. One day, she'll get the wrong customer on the right day.

Whatever females with long brunette hair that worked the drive at 19:00 is EXTREMELY rude. I ordered a number 4 and she left the fries in a targeted manner and closed the window. You need to get a district manager to go to the drive thru and do as a customer. So you can see the experience for yourself. The majority of recent reviews say that the same thing regarding customer service, and all you do is answer to comments, but not to your incompetent employees.

The staff who just stand around go over each other and one on the phone, took 15 minutes to take my order, then it had to go cuz my lunch was already waiting for them to suck it place food: 3/5

Actually, don't go after 10:00. All you get is terrible service the wrong order. I contacted the restaurant twice and it's still so bad. Go to whataburger instead of them are so much more beautiful and faster.
