Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

The waiter who took my order actually asked me, "How should I know what you want to drink?" instead of simply asking me what I’d like to drink, which I expected. It was a really uncomfortable experience, and I felt completely disregarded. This occurred at 5:30 PM on February 3rd, 2022.

The girl who took our order at the window was quite impatient and rude. We visited today at 8:30 on February 8, 2023.

Drive Thur or Indoor Order/Pick-up will go well either for some Jack in the box. Precise location is not difficult to miss, just be careful when navigating turns as perched at the edge of a four way traffic signal. Food: 3/5

Bad customer service, they do not pay attention to the customers who immerse, they pay more attention to the Drive-Thru foods: 1/5

The drive thru line was long, but we went through pretty quick and the person at the window was really friendly and just great service all around!
