Contribuisci feedbackBased on the reviews, my experience at this restaurant wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. The food was good, served warm, and quite tasty. However, it could benefit from having more servers who are friendly and welcoming. We were seated by someone I believe was the manager, as her outfit was different from that of the waitstaff. Unfortunately, she didn't greet us properly; she simply asked if we preferred a booth or a table before showing us to our seats. While it’s acceptable for what it is, don't expect top-notch service, or you may end up feeling disappointed.
The restaurant was infested with flies that kept landing on our food. I ordered a $27 huachinango (red snapper), but it was served in three dry, flattened slices that had clearly been pressed with a heavy object instead of being properly grilled. It was topped with a brown sauce that wasn’t flavorful at all. There was no salad dressing offered for the wilted greens they attempted to serve as a salad. My friend ordered breaded shrimp, which came with an extra dollar charge. We also received a single small piña colada and two shrimp cocktails. After a $15 tip, our total came to $84. The teenager serving us seemed to know very little about the menu items. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. This was my first visit, and I won’t be returning.
Food was not very satisfying, we left wishing we would have gone elsewhere. We waited way too long for our drinks and chips. Any time we needed something we couldn’t get anyone’s attention because the staff were too busy eating chips in the back corner of the restaurant. We noticed the ladies were walking around with food in their mouths. I hope management sees this or the owners. things like that can make or break your business. I’m pretty sure the staff ate more chips and salsa than we did as customers.we also felt the restaurant didn’t feel clean but the young lady walking around with the broom and dustpan was also cleaning with a mouth full of food. Very unprofessional but the mariachi music was enjoyable.
Extremely loud music makes it hard to conversate with someone at your table. For the price you pay, the food isn't amazing. Not bad but definitely way better places than this. Hostess took forever to attend to us for drink refills and even longer for the receipt. Overall, I won't be going back.Kid-friendliness: Only 3 kid plates and only water or a soda availableParking: Very small spots
Mariachis singing live, service that leaves you happy to tip, and food you will not find anywhere else. Excellent place to enjoy authentic Mexican food.Food: 5/5
