Mcdonald's - Fort Worth

I had some problems with my card and the staff was patient and friendly especially. I had no chance to eat when my partner went out without my order because of my transaction problem. Overall was still a good experienceFood: 5/5

We had to repeat each article 2 or 3 times. we come into the window and have to ask for reception and ask where our sweet tea was. They didn't ring the sweet tea that the lady had seemed to have a setting so I could get my drink and she was manager. So bad administration and service all around. Food: 3/5

Straw for two drinks. I never order here again. The degree of consistent incompetence is exaggerated. Many times the simplest cannot be done. Do I really have to ask for straws? I thought it was healthy. Not for the first time I missed an article from this place. Service: 1/5

This place must be examined at night because they say their system is always down that they only take cash. That's a really good way to steal. The system does not make any rewards if its system is down. That's a big McDonald's that can't have a system that badly. I would fire allFood: 1/5

Ordered the the BLT quarter pounder but got a regular one instead, still got charged for it though.
