McDonald's - Fort Worth

Lazy and rude staff. Waited 20 minutes no one would acknowledge you they all were ganging around see you at the counter and continue their personal conversations(wouldnt even come get mail from mailman when he was dropping it off). Called in to corporate office and was told management would call to address issue still waiting on that call. Good luck getting service here wont return to this location.

This place is a joke! Mobile ordered, they took nearly 30-minutes and still got my order wrong. I decided to go in and let them know yet instead of giving me my nuggets, I was asked by three different employees, including the manager, to let them see my mobile order. The manager, Hispanic lady with a buzz cut, seem very incompetent and walked around like she didn’t know how to fix it. Feel bad for those that have no choice but to get their food from this location.

The food was warm at best. And seen them being rude to other customers then when they left laughed and gave away their food. Not worth going to or having Uber go they do not seem to know the meaning of fast food

Waiting in the driver tru line is hell and horrible attitude from the employee's also it's not a safe zone

They have one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. The fries are supposed to be some of the best, but not on Lancaster. Management needs to get it together or get gone.
