Nekter Juice - Fort Worth

I have visited this restaurant before and always enjoyed their smoothies and bowls. However, during my last visit, the wait was longer than usual. As I was on my way home, I noticed something off about my smoothie. After taking another sip, I felt something strange in my mouth and spit it out. To my dismay, I found plastic shards and chunks in my drink. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager who provided a refund and offered to remake my order. Although I appreciate their gesture, I was quite disgusted by the experience. I used to love this place, but now I advise extra caution when ordering the cold brew protein smoothie and double-checking for any missed blender caps.

The acai bowls are fantastic at this restaurant! However, the staff is not very friendly. I visit every week and they never smile, always looking annoyed as if they are being bothered from doing something.

Me and my girlfriend came here for a juice and smoothie, both of us left feeling nauseous and sick, and she almost threw up. I don't know what you guys did or didn't do but thanks.

Rude staff. Listen to all of the bad reviews, not sure how they still have their jobs and I regret leaving a tip
