New Grand Buffet - Fort Worth

Last time we were there we got our receipt from our server. And the man at the front desk said oh that's wrong and charged us $10 additional. But had our correct order. And we went back today and he took the receipt from the server and wouldn't let us see what we were charged for and There was mold on the shrimp and a long piece of hair in the noodles. the restaurant is in desperate need of an update. The bathroom is sketchy.

Are food was over cooked and there was bug in our food cups were really dirty and the ranch tasted old and service was terrible.

Raw chicken. I read many reviews and I tried it once before a couple months ago. It was uncomfortably hot but they turned one of their many industrial fans on me and I managed. If the food was as bad, I would have left for sure. I thought I would try it again though since I'm working close by. I asked the hostess about the lack of air conditioning and she said it's not working that well. Notice people have been complaining about this for YEARS. If you as a business owner are that cheap, imagine all the other cut corners. This time I was chewing raw chicken and almost spewed it everywhere once I realized I had almost swallowed it. But I DID swallow some of it. The hostess apologized but blew it off and said they have more coming that is cooked this time. I'm literally feeling nauseous as she's speaking to me so I emphasize that I'm not okay with raw chicken. We agreed that I would not pay and I just left. We'll see how the rest of my day goes. Based on the other reviews of the food and cleanliness, I wanted to go early when everything was fresh. It was just too fresh. Not many buffets around though so it's obvious that even these reviews don't matter to the owner. Thankfully I work all over the city. Possibly not today though!

I was disappointed the last time I went which was several years ago and decided to give it another try. I went his past weekend and it has gotten worse. There was no AC , so it was very hot. The food was cold and tasted old. There wasn't a large variety of food options. It was VERY basic. The dessert consist of items I could buy at the convenient store such as stale oreos and chocolate chip cookies. The ice cream maker was broken. I can go on and on. I wouldn't recommend eating there!!!!!!

Not good, That Sums it all. Place is Filthy, Silverware are nasty and obviously not being washed good, if washed at all. I was really disappointed and luckily i didn't get any food Poisoning. I grabbed a plate to add food to it and my hands got dirty from the rice leftover underneath it.
