Panda Express - Fort Worth

Rudest staff I have seen. Woman just rolled her eyes and walked away when I tried to ask a simple question instead of trying to answer or be helpful in anyway. Definitely won't be back to this location.Food: 1/5

I’ve also been asked to step aside when they didn’t have a dish ready, which wouldn’t be too bad if they didn’t leave me waiting for 20 minutes. Their focus seems to be more on managing the line than on serving the customers who have already placed and paid for their orders. There was only one instance when I waited to see how long it would take for someone to check on my order and deliver my food. Usually, I have to go back and remind them myself. They finally brought my order to me, but then they ran out again before providing what I had paid for. I really don’t understand why this happens so often; it’s incredibly frustrating. My usual order is a double teriyaki chicken with chow mein and a side of spring rolls.

I visit this place once a week, but I'm baffled by how they manage to get my order wrong every single time. I always order orange chicken and white rice, yet they can't seem to put the chicken and rice in the same bowl. I really hate wasting money on incompetence! Plus, when I try to explain that they messed up my order, they just ignore me while I sit outside the drive-thru window for ten minutes.

This restaurant is in disarray. Orders are often missing, the food leaves much to be desired, and the young staff members lack social skills; they are rude and unhelpful. This is one of my least favorite places, and I will make an effort to avoid having this experience again.

Customer service is terrible. The rude staff ever. After ordering in the car thru they told us it would be a 7 minute waiting for fried rice.. we waited over 30 minutes before they decided to bring out our food and the chicken was cold. No one took care and they didn't want to return our money. After all, the manager did and she didn't seem to have looked after it or even wanted to do it right. Horst Panda Express, don't go to this place.
