Hidden away in downtown Sundance Square, this spacious sushi bar is definitely worth discovering! The chefs create your rolls right in the center of the restaurant, and there's even seating available directly in front of them. The bar is exceptional, offering all your favorite drinks along with an impressive selection of flavored martinis. For an appetizer, I highly recommend the tuna tower shown in the picture; its presentation is spot on. The sexy rolls and white lotus rolls are absolutely delicious!

Fantastic! This place is a must-visit for any sushi lover. We began with the spicy edamame and a flight of their specialties. Our favorite was the plum flavor, which reminded us of a white zinfandel. We also sampled four of their rolls, and the Chacas roll was definitely our favorite!
