A genuine Texas experience! The portions of meat are massive, and you can order by the pound. Everything was delicious and fresh! Each level has a station for beans, condiments, and drinks. The condiment station includes pinto beans, onions, pickles, BBQ sauce, and more. The second floor offers much more seating than the first. Plus, it's just a short walk to the capitol building. The ordering line was a bit confusing, though.

Natalie is the BEST WAITRESS IN THE STOCKYARDS! I ordered the biggest and best steak because of her recommendations. I truly believe she deserves a promotion and a raise. She is what makes the Stockyards so exceptional! I highly recommend asking for her when you visit. She will guide you on the best dishes to choose for your first experience there. I enjoyed the food, but it’s my waitress who will bring me back! Love you, Natalie!

I recently was in the area for a wedding. This ribeye was very juicy till the end and a tender steak that I have not had in a very long time. Need to go a little less on the salt. I would return when I am in Fort Worth again.
