Taco Bell - Fort Worth

I ordered a large meal but didn’t receive the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and a soft taco that I had included. Additionally, none of the extras I paid for were added to the items I did receive. There were only three people in the store, so I’m not sure why my order was so messed up.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell location. They didn't have any of the menu items I was hoping for, like volcano tacos, nacho fries, or Doritos Locos. Just two days ago, I visited another Taco Bell nearby and they had a full menu available. On top of that, the cashier was both unhelpful and rude. I won't be returning to this location. Rating: 1/10. Food: 1/5.

The restaurant was quite busy, and we had to wait for some fresh beef, but it didn’t bother us at all. The staff was friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. With cars wrapped around the building, it was clear why they were so busy. The night manager was also excellent!

I have several stomach conditions so I have to customize my order and take things off usually. They intentionally ignored that and caused me tremendous pain by putting something spicy on my food. It sent me to the hospital. That's how important it is that your employees follow simple customization orders and/or diet restrictions! Will be contacting corporate for a refund and I hope improvements are made!

Food order took over 15 from the time I got to the window to waiting in front of the building. When I finally got it, the order was incomplete. So I had to go back thru the drive thru to get my remaining food items.When they brought it out to me were very apologetic and gave me some extra chips n dip, and cinnastix.However when I got home. The order was still wrong! So frustrated by this has happened more than 3 times in the last 6 months. Its a shame bc it's a great location for late night business.
