Thai Terrace - Fort Worth

Second time going here and had lunch yesterday and the waitress was very nice. I can 't say the same for the food. I had the red curry chicken with white rice and there was not much flavor in the dish and the bowl was very small. Most Thai places giveyou a generous size bowl. The rice was not even the aromatic Thai white rice or jasmine rice that is served in most Thairestaurants it was just regular long grain rice. I had an order of the spring rolls (4) and again it was the same mediocrespring rolls that you get a regular Chinese restaurant. I thought since this was a Thai place they would consider that. Overall very disappointed in the food. You should not skimp out or hold back on tradition. If you want great Thai food inFortWorth GO TO Thai Rice 'N ' Noodle on Camp Bowie, Spice on Magnolia St. or Thai Select Restaurant in Overton Plaza Area.

Love their food! So savory and very nicely portioned. It?s a steady of mine since they?re 2 miles away. Be warned their lunch specials are a steal at approximately $10-12 a meal however they?ve cancelled the soup salad additions.

Always has been my favorite (and best) Thai restaurant in Fort Worth. Over the last few months some things have changed. Is there new ownership? The curries today we?re so thin they were like water. It was literally soup consistency. Taste was goodbut off from what it was. Last time I ordered (about a month ago) the service was abysmal. If I didn?t really (at least in thelast) like the food I?d never return. Really curious to know why things lately aren?t the same. 2 stars only because it used tobe a 5. Now it?s a 1.

Let me start off with we?ve been coming here for years. Not only was it the first time we?ve seen the owners, tonight we witnessed pure mediocrity. We were waiting on a to go order for 50 mins. Two plates, and an order of sticky rice. The waitwasn?t the problem, it?s how they were treating the staff. Every-time a waiter requested for an item they completely ignoredthem. Laughed among the kitchen staff actually. They did not care we were waiting for our order for almost an hour, theyactually were in the kitchen laughing and taking everything as a joke. We will not be coming back unfortunately. We come herebecause we loved the ? little mom and pop ? restaurant but after what we witnessed tonight, I will no longer be giving mybusiness here. I do want to say thank you so much to Gloria for trying her best to get the order(s) filled! She is amazing and Ihope she sees her value and go somewhere else where she will be respected Also, our rice wasn?t spicy like we asked. Wastedtime

About one month ago I ate at this restaurant, dine in. I ordered Spicey Beef Salad -Thai hot. It was spot on. Spicey just like I like it. Today I wanted the same dish, so I ordered it to Go. Again i ordered the Spicey Beef Salad Thai hot. It taste washorrible and spice level was nonexistent..... very disappointing. I will dine in again but WILL NOT order to go. Also orderedegg rolls that were good.
