Wendy's - Fort Worth

This was hands down the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and always wore a big smile. It was pouring rain, so much so that I could barely see my car in the parking lot, and they kindly provided trash bags for me and my daughter to shield us from the rain. Plus, the food was hot and absolutely delicious!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the excellent customer service I've encountered in a long time. The food was fast and fresh, and the establishment was very clean, with someone consistently tidying up in the lobby. I absolutely love this location! Thank you, Ms. Cynthia, for making my visit so enjoyable.

I've been coming to this restaurant for a few years now, and after a few ups and downs, they've finally settled on a consistent menu that I really enjoy. I always get the Strawberry Lemonade, and I've rarely encountered any issues; the food is always served quickly and hot. I will definitely keep coming back. Today, I tried the Dave single, and it was absolutely heavenly paired with the strawberry lemonade.

I've visited some poorly managed Wendy's locations, but this one truly stands out for all the wrong reasons. They refused to accept a coupon claiming it was a "local" policy, and they were quite pushy about it. The interior had a foul odor, and the carpets were worn and old. I would recommend going to the In-N-Out next door instead.

This location was very run down and dirty inside. Ice machine was also broken. When we asked for ketchup packets they had food or sauce all over the outside of the packets. Would never go here again.
