Whataburger - Fort Worth

I had the pleasure of visiting this Whataburger for the first time, and it was fantastic! The staff, especially Jayda Shae, was incredibly friendly. All the condiments, napkins, and other essentials were well-stocked. Thank you for maintaining such a clean, welcoming, and efficiently run Whataburger! I highly recommend it.

The food here is consistently excellent, and I've never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and always maintains a positive attitude. Even when it's busy, I usually only wait about 15-20 minutes. This is definitely my favorite Whataburger location!

Then, while driving, I took a bite of my sausage biscuit and discovered the sausage was RAW—completely undercooked! I called the corporate number listed in the app; they took my information but didn't offer a free replacement meal. They just promised to escalate my issue. So, I've decided I'm never going back to that location again!

Asked for a salad.... young lady snapped at me... we 're out .....asked for a packed of pepper....snapped again .. we 're out .... dining room was filthy .

I was impressed that this location functioned about as smooth as a chick fil a, with two lanes, people coming out to take payment, etc. Still took about 15 minutes which is normal for Whataburger, but it as smooth as it could be considering how busyit was. They got my order right and even apologized for the wait.
