Zoli's Ny Pizza - Fort Worth

The arcade games were broken. Slightly slower service.

I wanted to like this place because of the playground but it’s not even worth it. The wait was longer 30 minutes despite them stating it would only be 15 minutes but the organization skills and waiting service was not great. First we walked in and there were a couple of people already in front of us but for some reason the hostess and her trainee had a different system and looked past a customer to ask us for our info instead (not really their fault since the person in front of us didn’t really speak up and looked just as lost as we did). Prior to being seated we already knew what we wanted so we ordered and waited for our food for what felt like forever. 40 mins later we got our food. Our drinks didn’t come with straws, no oj refills included and despite the fact that there is a playground nothing else is kid friendly. Not even a child menu for them to color. The food was NOT worth the wait none the less the price. If you’re hungry don’t come here, you will more than likely over spend because of the hunger.Kid-friendliness: Besides the playground and the hidden arcade there is not a kids menu for them to be entertained with.

First time in today. The pizza’s were super average. Great ranch. Service was some of the worst i've experienced in a long time. This was the first time in my life that the waitress didn’t even bother introducing herself.. below the bare minimum there.

The atmosphere was wonderful... Pizza was delicious and the service was great too! Added bonus was the outdoor play area for littles!

My first visit to Zoli’s with my two boys and wife was a great experience. We enjoyed the art, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. We were late diners but next time we’ll be earlier so my 3 year old can play more.
