Order ok, food ok .... Now the price is no longer correct

Again I was charged 13 reais and the value on the website is 11. I want this to be fixed. The guy said he didn't have more than 11 reais, so they should correct the amount on the website.

It came without the soda that I had ordered ... the delivery man said it was hot, but they didn't call me to ask if I wanted it anyway! And I was also charged a fee that is above what the website says! There was no notice. I paid 12 and the website says 11 without soda.
