Shorty's Southern Food - Fortson

Got the pulled pork and a half salad. I have to say the salad was very good. However the pulled pork so very salty. It was if they put salt on the meat before they served it to me. A real buzz kill after being told how good the bbq was.

We were looking for a country breakfast, found it and more! Parmesan crusted bread breakfast sandwich, avocado, waffle Brie bites, beignets. Surprising menu items for a small town. Happiest staff, clean bathrooms. Lunch/dinner menu look worthy as well!

New to the area. Have ate there 3 times so far and every experience is even better than the last. Great food selection and taste. Great service.

First time in yesrs. Service was nice(young blonde lady), food not the same. Dumpster dog was definitely not the same.

It's okay. The staff was nice. But the food is not the same since Roy no longer runs the place.?
