Big Timber Family - Fossil

We are always on the hunt for local places to eat when we pass through town on our motorcycles. We stopped by this place and were pleasantly surprised. It's a place that the locals eat, so we liked it. The waitress and cook were fantastic to us and felt comfortable enough to give us a hard time when we had it coming. Our waitress was particularly witty and made breakfast fun. The food was good local fair. Almost changed our next days plans so we could stop by again....

My family ran the big timber they shut it down but the old owners opened it back up I use to work there it is still good.i live in fossil I think you should go

Unfortunately, the Big Timber Family Restaurant has closed down and is no longer in business, I am unaware of the circumstances but I believe that they had some internal conflict along with a low amount of costumers. I had eaten there a few times before they closed down, and I'm sad to say that I will miss them.
