La Galette Gourmande - Fougères

The cakes and pancakes are absolutely delicious! I also like their Breton stuff and homemade pancakes that are sometimes offered. The shop is always clean and tastefully decorated. Managers are charming. I recommend La Galette Gourmande 100%.
