Staff are all cool, and patient, as I usually have no idea what to order... I've been told to call ahead and ask what the soup is so it must be good. Sandwiches that are delicious and will put you squarely in a 3 hour post lunch coma... repeat the next day is the norm.
GREAT LITTLE HIDDEN EATERY! I go to Fountain Hills alot and have driven by this place many times without noticing it! Someone from out of state recommend it and so I gave it a try! It took me a bit to locate the correct driveway to enter.Menu is extensive and written in chalk which can be a bit overwhelming. Service seemed a bit unenthuiesd and stressed . The staff wasn't cheery or helpful when I asked for help with my side selection My sandwich was delivered in atimely manner and it was a fantastic. I chose the potato salad as my side and it was bland. Next time I will try something else. All in all a great stop despite the mediocre service . I will try them again and hope to catch the crew on abetter day!
Little hidden gem in the corner of the valley. Ordered 4 bagels and the cinnamon roll. Let's just say was so good one bagel and and the cinnamon roll didn't make it back to the house. Great bagels spot they had other options but this was a solid place. Friendly service
My wife and I enjoyed coming here for years until last year when we both got sick after eating there. Today, a year later, we decided to give them a second chance after reading reviews and checking heath inspection reports which were good. We ordered our 2 sandwiches on plain begals which came with a side and was a bit shocked at the high price. I don't fault them for Joe's inflation. After all the food we ate there in the past deserved to be a premium. It was thatgood and worth it. We took the order to go and came home only to discover that one slice of a bagel on our sandwich was black, hard, and uneatable. We did not order it toasted. It looked like plastic fell on it during the baking processbut I don't know for sure what it was. So, I threw it out. We inspected the rest of our food and it looked OK. It was just that one slice. Hopefully the owner/management will read this and better inspect their bagels in the future. We arenow a bit too scared to go back there again. The 2 stars are just for this one visit.
First time coming here probably not going to come back. I liked the orange juice and the Mandarin oranges they had but I ordered a Buddha wrap and I could tell that the eggs were like the processed stuff it wasn't fresh and I'm pretty sure it was heated in the microwave plus the amount of oil or grease that was coming out of it just upset my stomach. I mean to each their own but I don't think I'll be going back.
