The Cuban sandwich, London Broil, Bomb Mi, Tomahawk Pork Chop, German potato salad, pasta salad, house made chips, grilled Romaine salad... and I barely made a dent in the menu! Save space for dessert because the cakes are fantastic. I thought the blueberry chocolate was my Fave, but today I tried the lemon rosemary: you can also order an unforgettable custom cake for every occasion. The owners are incredible people who walked through hell and the high water, so this place could exist. You respect the process of creating the best quality food, making, baking, curing and smoking every single item on the menu, including spices (Hello, Stout Senf . We love Slice.
The food was excellent!!! The pairing of flavors made my mouthwater I had cracked the Tomahawk Porkchop with a apricot aioli and honey apple!!! Also the Split Pea had soup and the Potato Debris. I then hurt the finish, a slice of lemon and rosemary cake. Gosh darn
The food was better than I had expected and I had the Sauerkirsche Cider and it was very good! My husband and I recommend the Tomohawk Pork Chop, Potato Debris, Split Pea Soup, the Mac N cheese balls when they make it on the menu, and Natalie, which makes all the bakes phenomenal cakes! It was nice to see the owner John and Natalie and her son Ethan to make it a family affair!
This place was great! The beer was ice cold. The sandwich was perfect (I had the pastrami) and the cake was delicious. Our bartender was nice and filled my beer. I'm safe and with more people back.
If you want to enjoy good food, a nice beer, and a relaxing vibe. Then you have to stop by Slice john and Natalie know how to treat every guest like family. Everything is made in house, and the cakes are a must.
