Taco Bell - Fountain Valley

Service was great, but the food fell flat..it was not even good. Idk why, but it just didn't taste right, and it was sloppily made. Even my friends say their food didn't taste good. IMO, Taco Bell has the worst value menu. The chip and cheese dip looked sad, and it was 1.99 def not worth it. My burrito had too much cheese sauce and rice, and no protein. There were many inconsistencies here tonight. Maybe I came at the wrong time.

As I am from out of town I decided to get Taco Bell here and went through drive thru and placed my order a #3 with Pepsi and also added two bean burritos and lastly added a soft taco, well when I got home I opened the bag to find just the two freaking bean burritos and a soft taco along with the stupid drink. Just want to say this place was empty and screwing my order really makes me mad after a long day and I called the location and asked for a manager and the person who answered stated he was the manager (not true, just a dumb ass employee) and told me he had screwed up. Bad experience due to stupid young employees!

Ordering here at night is always such a pain as they have a woman at the window who barely understands English, took us 10 minutes before someone who can actually take orders in English took over. If a customer is ordering in English have someone who at least knows the menu in it taking the order. It shouldn’t be this hard to order TACO BELLIt’s also a hit or miss if the food will even be made right

The chalupas from here are amazing, and the workers always give a handful of sauce when i ask so i love this
