The personal is always kind when we come here. my children are picky, so I have to change our order and they are super nice about it.

Third time we have been served terrible food asked for the meal be made fresh and got some soggy mess. This is a far cry from the Carl's I grew up with, won't be back to this Carls

Id made it home when I realized my sandwich was made improperly (no tomatoes) with unfresh fries. I called to inform them of this. They told me to bring my receipt and the sandwich. I arrived for them to ask for the receipt and the sandwich to throw in the trash and remake. I declined because ultimately it was an inconvenience for me to drive back up there for a mistake made on their part. WHERES MY COMPLIMENTARY SHAKE OR SOMETHING?! ZERO COMMMON COURTESY! THEY REFUNDED ME $5.80 RATHER THAN REMAKE MY SANDWICH WITHOUT ME RETURNING A SANDWICH ???? Ill just go next door to chick fil a next time.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will never be back. All I could hear over the drive thru mic were teenages yelling and goofing off, same thing happened at the window. These teenagers did not listen to the full order nor did they repeat it back. I waited FOREVER for a small order. Once I realized they didn't give me my full order, I double checked the receipt to notice most of my meal was missing. I was not the only order they messed up on either, there were 4 other cars behind me stating they f ed up their order too Regardless of your age, class, gender, or occupation, you still need to do your job and do it right. PERIOD. Very unpleasant experience...
