Contribuisci feedbackThey hiked up the delivery fee. It's not fast like it used to be. Their promotional emails require you to spend a lot of money in order to get a deal. They take away loyalty rewards at random. Greedy corporations are the reason capitalism is failing.
The food service at this restaurant was terrible. Two young adults working at the counter were not practicing good hygiene - neither of them were wearing gloves and one of the boys was seen picking at his eye crusties and flicking them onto the counter before handling our food. He also took his time finishing a text message on his phone before serving us, without washing his hands afterwards. The girl working there was simply eating while preparing our food. The sandwich my mother ordered was burnt and hard, causing her to cut her gums while trying to eat it. She ended up throwing it away unfinished. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and overall disgusted by the experience. We were the only customers in the restaurant and still had to wait for them to finish personal tasks before serving us. I would rate this experience 0/10 and do not recommend this restaurant.
Ordered a gargantuan. It had the bare minimum of meat on it. The bread was very hard. We asked for our sandwiches to be cut and the weren't.
I ordered two club sandwiches and the bread was so hard it was like croutons on the bottom. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
They deserve 0 stars. Ordered online and went to go pick up. Employees didn’t even acknowledge they had customers. 2 customers walked out cuz no one had helped them and the place was empty. An female employee was making a large order and told us when we walked in, she hadn’t even started our order yet, we waited 20 mins in store and several customers orders were taken and they were in and out. I go back up to the counter and the female (rude at this point) commented “your order has been sitting here. I finished that a long time ago.” As our food sat on their back counter, was I supposed to hop over the counter and get my food? I’ll never return back to that JJs, I see way they have 3 stars. Awful customer service.
