Subway - Fountain

What an amazing experience on the 4th juli, the young man behind the theke made the best looking subs that I have ever received in every subway! great attitude, polite, knowledgeable and a super clean sitting corner. thanks damian for a great experience!

I ordered DoorDash for my Husband and daughter while I was gone, the wrong sandwich came causing me to drive in myself to get the correct sandwich. Irritated at this I was impatient however a very nice young man named Noah made it right. Was very professional and told us for our inconvenience to grab a drink ect. We declined as we only wanted what we paid for.I am very impressed and happy that Noah fixed the issue and did it with kindness.Thank you Noah.

This is the second time I have come here and gotten shorted meat in my sandwich. I worked at subway and there should be 5 peaces of salami and 5 peices of pepperoni on a spicy itailian 6 inch. I only got 3 of each. And the ladies that were working were cursing and were not customer freindly at all. Customer service is none existent now.

On line, the deals were buy 2, get 3rd one free, but they were not. Asked for fresh bread and it was crumbly and the ends were rock hard again.

Just went in for 3 subs, there were 4 people working and only one of them helped. The young man at the that rung me up over charged me over $10 and when I asked him about it, his response was uhhh honestly I don't know instead of figuring out why. He was too tied up in talking to the young lady in the back to help make my sandwiches or help the other customer behind me(as he waited for my sandwiches to be finished to get help, instead of getting help right away as he should have with 2 other people working VERY poor customer service skills, and work ethic! I'm a very unhappy customer and will be calling first thing in the morning to speak with the manager. I managed a Subway for 7 years and would have never allowed such terrible service! However the young man that helped me was very nice and caring, but it was known that he was the new guy, as the other people stood around and talked and made him work because they were too busy talking instead of doing their job!
