Dunkin' - Fox Lake

I highly recommend visiting the Dunkin' Donuts at Round Lake where the staff are knowledgeable and efficient. However, I have had some negative experiences, such as being consistently underserved when ordering a large or medium drink. It also seems like there is a high turnover of inexperienced employees with bad attitudes. Additionally, they have trouble understanding orders, as I once received a plain milk latte instead of the oat milk hot latte with vanilla syrup that I requested.

I visited the restaurant on October 5th around 5 PM to buy half a dozen doughnuts. The cashier was unfriendly and awkward, and the doughnuts were stale, disgusting, and had flies on them. It's surprising that this place is still in business. They really need a health inspection.

I visited the drive-thru and was impressed by how quickly they were able to fulfill orders, despite the line extending out into the parking lot. The breakfast I ordered was delicious.

They were out of everything I asked for. And this location takes forever to get your order. I don't know why I keep stopping here. My bad for trying to give them another shot.

Went on a Thursday morning. Ordered a Hot Chai latte. When I got to the window I waited a few extra minutes (which didn't bother me). When I got the drink I put it up to my nose and it reeked of burnt coffee and a slight cologne smell. It might be my pregnancy nose but it indeed was not a Chai latte. I'm assuming they didn't know how to make it so they just made a regular latte. I didnt have time to go inside and get it fixed. There were at least 4 people making drinks. I could tell nothing was organized. I feel this location is only good for cheap donuts and subpar coffee. Mchenry location is better.
