La Jaiba Pata Salada

We visited with part of a tour group here for the eclipse. The 8 of us were seated immediately on the beach, they spread a lot of tables on the beach for evening crowds. Seems there is often a wait for indoor seating. It was very busy and the friendly English speaking waiter warned it would take an hour for hot food. We ordered beer, shrimp cocktail, ceviche Camarones el Faro (hot shrimp bowl). The shrimp cocktail was enough for a meal! Everything was FANTASTIC! One of our party said it was the best ceviche he's ever had. One rogue evening wave reached our table and surprised those on the end dampening their feet we had a good laugh. The roaming bands are too loud, but move on (eventually) Great experience so glad we came.
