Excellent customer service at this location. They remember my coffee when I arrive always with a good morning and a smile. I even witnessed a customer come into the place distraught because she lost her keys. The employee (Kelly) didn’t miss a beat threw a glove on and in the trash she went and found the customers keys. The customer was so appreciative and it really was above and beyond her job requirements. Thanks for being my morning coffe place!

I really enjoy getting the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich from this restaurant. The bagels are incredibly soft and the drinks are also quite good. I ordered a raspberry iced tea and it was delicious.

The coffee is amazing, the customer service is top-notch, and I love the pastries.

I have been going to Marlborough Rte 20 through the drive-thru and my orders are always ready quickly. The staff is polite and efficient, taking orders as soon as customers enter the store. While it can get slow at times, customers are able to find their charges and money without much delay. The menu has changed slightly with a new sandwich and summer drinks available. The new staff hired in the past month has improved reliability at the store. The coffee is always hot and delicious, making it a great spot for morning or lunchtime treats. Overall, I have had a positive experience at Honey Dew Donuts and recommend it to others. Thank you, James H. M.
