Papa Razzi - Framingham

A great restaurant but found out this location is closing for good on 12/31/17. Shame, as their other locations are just not convenient for me.

Hostess, Jessy was so accommodating..friendly...knew plenty about gluten free options ..and checked on us frequently!

I was disappointed in my eggplant dish. Very small amount of eggplant, lots of cheesy pasta.

This was the first time service was poor at this location from both service staff and management. It took a long time to place orders, the main entrees came out when we were still eating our appetizers table was too small to hold both- I was left holding my appetizer plate trying to finish it before it was taken away- no one seemed to care). When clearing the table a glass was broken glass went in my lap). Nothing was offered to make up for this accident. Then when the waiter gave us the bill he mentioned as an afterthought that a desert was free for the birthday guest. It was all around a disappointing experience.

My friend and I were so pleased with our meal here after a long day of shopping! One of us is gluten free, so we decided to try this restaurant. Happy to say the gluten free food was delicious even a yummy gluten free roll to use with their dipping sauce. Service was friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience and we'll definitely return when we're on our next shopping extravaganza!
