Pollo Royal - Framingham

The fried chicken was fantastic. I also ordered the yellow rice and side salad, both of which were delicious. I highly recommend trying the fruit salad drink as well - it was amazing.

I received my order and it looked like something from a school cafeteria. In addition, the food was cold - not even warm. This was the worst meal I have ever ordered.

I'm not sure why the restaurant is charging more but serving smaller portions of food. It's really disappointing.

The food is amazing! The sauce that comes with it is so delicious, I could just drink it. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes on the menu!

The fried chicken was crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly without being too greasy. The breading was evenly fried, possibly air-fried. The white, spicy ranch sauce was delicious and not too overpowering. I can't complain. I rarely give 5-star ratings, but this dish was exceptional.
