Contribuisci feedbackThey really need more seatings there were a total of 4 tables and not even a standing area for you to take a sip of drink. The bakery display also looks very disorganized and nothing looked fresh. Someone needs to go help them.
I have not been happy with this location. I've been using the mobile app to order and the past few times they say my mobile order didn't come through even though I chose this as it was the closest to me. They need to turn their system back on. I can't be late for work just getting breakfast and a coffee anymore.
I know there are a lot of Starbucks locations and I?ve had great service at many of them but this location was not good. They appear to be very understaffed and not all there when making drinks. I waited 12 mins in person for a drink and it was not terribly busy.
This place as extremely understaffed. I received food items, but still waited on my drink for 40 minutes since the time I placed the order on mobile app. The stuff wasn't able to help other than mentioning that I'm waiting on my drink which I already knew myself. When I was finally helped, I heard no sorry and wasn't given $4 card usually given at other Starbucks locations when the mistake is made.
Worst service ever. Have to wait 10 minutes for a cup of ice for my water while pregnant. And not the slightest apology from any of the staff. Even after she gave me a cup of water with ice when I had just asked for a cup of ice.
