Buffalo Wild Wings - Frankfort

Great place to go for wings and sports, they have some real hot sauces and challenges to boot! Large open dining area with many screens and a accommodating staff, I recommend Buffalo wild wings Frankfort.

I've been there a few times and I'm never impressed. Food was just ok, but way overpriced. I spent $20 just on 10 wings and fries. The server was covering more than they should and seemed to be stretched thin. But the one little over-priced drink was good! I work hard for the opportunity to enjoy a meal out with friends, so I don't think I'll return to this one expecting a meal. I'll just hang-out and have one drink. Just the drink.

We were greeted when we came in and instructed to sit anywhere. Once we sat down we noticed that you have to scan a barcode to view the menu, order and pay. A server eventually came around after about ten minutes to get our drinks because we had to redo our order due to it messing up online. In total we waited 40 mins for our food to come out. There were a few to-go orders but the restaurant was slow. I didn't like that you have to order and pay online, it depersonalizes the experience and this time at least, caused slower service. The food was hot when it came out, so that's good. Although the water tasted like tap water and the soda wasn't very good either. I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon. Just my opinion...

I did an online order and I had an issue with the online ordering. Kinsey (Hope that’s right) helped me and was very nice over the phone.

The bone-in wings were great. Service was terrible.
