Captain D's - Frankfort

The restaurant was bustling, but we received excellent service and our order was served promptly. We left feeling satisfied and will definitely return in the future.

The restaurant serves generous portions of hot food and has a staff consisting of larger individuals.

I have no complaints about the restaurant itself or the food. However, my experience with the cashier at 2:00 this afternoon was very unpleasant. Some people seem to take pride in being completely unresponsive when spoken to or thanked. I understand that finding good help can be challenging, but this man seemed to have no interest in providing even basic customer service.

The last time I went to Captain ds was in Mississippi, and I wasn't disappointed at this in kentucky. the food was great, and the service was top notch.

This review is a shout out to Robert! Wow where can I start. Maybe with, this guy is phenomenal! Always has a positive attitude, eager to help, and so much more. I've never been there and his attitude be any different. Robert is true through and through. Look foward to revisiting soon!
