Pollo Bandido - Frankfort

Pollo Bandido offers the best smoked ribs and chicken in Frankfort. They are tender, flavorful, and juicy. You can select from several homemade sauces, and they also serve papusas (which they call bandidos), empanadas, chilaquiles, potato balls, and many other delicious options that are too numerous to list. Visit this place, and you won’t be disappointed!

The owners/staff are amazing and the food was delicious. I went here for lunch today and got the half chicken and one side lunch. The chicken was huge, well seasoned and tender. I got the cilantro jalapeno barbecue sauce on the chicken and it was slightly sweet and spicy. As my side item, the potato wedges were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Highly recommend going here for lunch, but give yourself enough time for them to make it because it is a small place and they make everything fresh.

I had an incredible experience at the restaurant. The flavors were unique and exciting, truly bringing the dishes to life. The cilantro jalapeño sauce was particularly outstanding! The BBQ nachos were amazing, and although I can’t recall the name of the broth dish, it was absolutely delicious. I find myself wanting to return here often!

The best ribs in the city! The staff is friendly and more than happy to share recommendations for sauces and provide a detailed overview of the menu options (including a few surprises). The potato balls are incredible, and they have a wide variety of ingredients for their pupusas, which was my personal favorite. I will definitely be making this a regular stop on my list!

I absolutely enjoyed this culinary experience. the staff and the service were excellent. I want to eat here again.
