Sonic Drive-in - Frankfort

The food is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes it’s delicious, other times it tastes as though it’s been sitting a while or the fries and tots were cooked in old grease. But, I’ve never had one bad experience with their ice cream at this location other than sometimes later in the night they close the ice cream machines down early making it unavailable after 10 or 11 pm.

There's just nothing like a Sonic footlong chili-cheese coney. The real banana shake with whipped cream really hit the spot. I really miss the carhops on roller skates leaving trays on your window.

Service is very slow. Don't ask for ice you won't get it.

The app doesn't give the option for no cheese. I called the store 20 times to tell them no cheese and no one answered. Now I paid for food I can't eat.

The folks are generally nice enough, but the value has gone down as the prices have gone up.
