Contribuisci feedbackActually, getting rid of the server in this restaurant is a massive improvement. I can't say that I was about most other automated restaurants. the food quality is good and they are useful for the service of what I saw. the prices are still low but less pressure with the self-service.
I and my sister went in. they no longer have actual people who command. they have kiosks and no one there to help when there is a complication. we tried our order 3-4 times before a manager or someone came and helped us to go through it. every time something messes up, the kiosk would make you do the whole order. that was a terrible experience, eating was good as soon as we got it, but we had to mess with the kiosk for an hour or so before someone finally got it to work.
The night shift staff did not really seem friendly for the greatest. kinda acted as if I were the enemy or something. from the time I went in the door, I waited, it seems 20 minutes before I was greeted at all. they knew I was there, but they didn't tell me. I waited to see how long it would take. there was an extremely unpleasant mood in the air. You can all do better than that!
I don't like the almost food atmosphere. bring back real plates and table servers. this was once a great place to meet friends and was always busy. Now it's like a cafeteria and there were less than 10 people in there.
1st of all, y r u now closing? I'm sick of living in Mayberry where everything closes up at 9pm! 2nd of all, while my shake was delicious. Why use a dome lid if ur gonna fill the cup ½full of shake, then the other ½is all whipped cream? But then don't even bother to full it all the way up w w.cream? Cheap cheap cheap (yet ur shakes certainly r expensive)
