Café Hauptwache - Frankfurt am Main

Service staff should get a training on how to behave properly. On the edge to stand and play with the phone while guests are waiting to order I personally find an unding. The portion is a joke!!! Let's just say it, I might expect too much, but it went right wrong with the seat assignment. I had specifically asked for a quiet corner place, and we got a table next to the exit door, highly frequented, and constantly pushed people against my chair from behind. Other table (although much free), misdisplay. They provide special reservations for these tables, and corner tables are only for 3 people. Operators were friendly, eating better than expected, but with constant cold air and people constantly stumbled into my chair, the whole experience was over. We left the restaurant after about an hour with all the other tables still free.

This was our third annual visit to the caffe manager with our group of travelers. for the first time we sat up in a quiet opposite, and I'll say that I missed at least a little the ambiente of the more lively main floor. the service on the upper floor was slow even after European standards, but we have nothing to do with it. I highly recommend this restaurant and the environment is great to foot and look!
