Great food! great staff and they were very friendly and attentive.
I used the car to wait this night. the food was hot and delicious. I have a simple appetizer because I had already eaten, but my family wanted something else. I cannot remember any bad desires with this restaurant, and tonight was nothing else. the customer service was as always pleasant. many thanks for a great experience!
Our lunch in the last week of applebee was one of the best experiences we had. the friendly staff greeted us and sat immediately. our drinks were within 5 minutes on our table and our waitress came to check on our order. we needed a few minutes to make our selection so they take care of other customers. returned shortly and our order was accepted. she has received our desires and within 15 minutes our eating came hot and tasty. our waitress returned at least 5 times to our table to check our food, our drinks and give us our taste. the restaurant was busy, but we didn't feel rushed. everything in all, I would like to return.
Management was very rude when we asked if our server could wear a mask. He stated he was following CDC guidelines; however, he communicated this with agitation and rudeness. The server ,however, was very polite and apologized. My suggestion is that management reads the current information for the CDC as it relates to restaurants. People have underlying health issues and the vaccine is not 100%. If a customer ask for his or her server to wear a mask, it should be honored as a part of customer satisfaction. Another part of the managers unprofessionalism was shown when he violated HIPPA law by stating that the one Hostess who was wearing a mask had not been vaccinated. That information should have never been shared with a customer. Needless to say, five customers walked out today.
